Server infrastructure: the backbone of your IT

Accounting software, office automation, email, shared files and specialized applications all run on your organization's servers. Infrastructure that is not properly designed and maintained will sooner or later lead to slowdowns, data loss or downtime.

Drawing on current standards and hands-on experience, Tikunq builds your server infrastructure to be secure, documented and manageable. Our goal is to let your team focus on the business without worrying about the infrastructure underneath.

Our process

How we work together

  1. 1Step 1:

    Current State Assessment

We review your servers, systems, data, risks and future needs.

  2. 2Step 2:

    Architecture Design

We design server, storage and backup infrastructure aligned with your budget and goals.

  3. 3Step 3:

    Implementation and Migration

We build the new infrastructure and migrate systems and data with minimal downtime.

  4. 4Step 4:

    Hardening and Testing

We apply security settings, test recovery and verify that every service works correctly.

  5. 5Step 5:

    Ongoing Maintenance

Have a question?

Frequently asked questions Server Infrastructure

How does virtualization benefit our organization?

Virtualization runs multiple servers on less hardware. The result is lower hardware and power costs, simpler management, easier backups and the ability to move services quickly if something fails.

What is the 3-2-1 backup rule?

Keep at least three copies of your data, on two different types of storage media, with one copy stored off-site. This approach minimizes the risk of data loss.

Do you work with our existing servers, or do we need new hardware?

We start by assessing your current hardware. In many cases, existing equipment can be reused with proper configuration and virtualization, and we only recommend upgrades when they are truly necessary.

Is server maintenance done on-site or remotely?

Most monitoring and maintenance is performed securely and remotely. When needed, or as specified in the contract, a Tikunq engineer comes on-site.

Can you set up business email on our own servers?

Yes. Depending on your needs and security policies, business email can be deployed and maintained on your internal servers or on Tikunq hosting infrastructure.
